Our Family

Server Bios

Patrick Gray – I have been in the food service industry for ten years. Although I really enjoy going to see live music and spending time outdoor with my dogs, my number one passion is food. In my free time I enjoy traveling to experience other cities and their local cuisine.
Nathan Smith – I have worked in the restaurant industry for twelve years. I happily chose to work at Dyron’s Lowcountry because I felt that it was the perfect environment for my skills and goals. As a server, my main goal is to sell products that I am proud of and love. The food and wine here far exceeds that requirement. I feel that I have become a member of a new family. I look forward to learning more about Dyron’s and the philosophies that form the culture here.
Sandi Harrell – I moved to Birmingham five years ago from Los Angeles, California. I have learned much about the Southern Culture and the hospitality here. I have love for the lessons, stories, authentic hand and spirit behind each recipe and the wine making process. May I continue to listen to the wisdom of the forces behind different cultures.
Dillon Bullard – I am taking a break between undergraduate and graduate school. I decided to join the Dyron’s family where I could expand my knowledge of food and wine. When I’m not at work, I spend most of my time reading and traveling back and forth to New York City.
Keri McMahon – I’ve been in the service industry for twenty years. I love working here at Dyron’s because it’s the first time since our family business has closed that I’ve had that homey feel again. From the back of the house to the front of the house and from our local farmers to our owners, it’s wonderful to be where everyone takes pride in what they do. I can smile at the end of the day knowing we did our best and it was awesome! Come join us and be a part of the Dyron’s family where there’s plenty for everyone.
Daniel Holyfield – I have many hobbies and interest, of which a great part of is creating unique cocktails. I like to source fresh ingredients and combine them in a way that makes unique flavor profiles. When I am not at work I enjoy mountain biking, fishing and pretty much anything outdoors. I enjoy competing in triathlons in the spring, and hunting in the fall. Some of my favorite memories come from the woods of Alabama, camping, fishing, and of course Auburn football.
